Beyond Standard Bar Processing
Not every drawing ends at a centerless-ground outside diameter. We can review related machining requirements, component finishing and selected additional OD/ID grinding through appropriate processing resources when available. These operations may be coordinated with qualified partners rather than performed in-house. The processing route and responsibility are confirmed on the quotation.

Identify the surface, bore or diameter requiring a separate grinding operation and the datum scheme.

Core Precision Bar Operations
For ordinary cylindrical bar preparation, start with centerless grinding. Straightening, polishing, cut-to-length, chamfering and packaging are considered as complementary steps as required.
